1. Regardless of the type of customer or industry the product is processed for, every customer has dealt with issues related to repeatability, reproduceability and quality in respect to product.
2. Many times the customer just does not know or understand what the anodizing organization needs to effectively produce a part that meets the requirements above.
3. Virtually every time a product is developed the final customer, Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 have looked at their processes, process flows and drawings taking into consideration: Design for Manufacturing. But, have considerations been taken related to what chemical process will be performed and the result the manufacturing and metal finishing process(s) can have on the chemical process(s) of Type II or Color Titanium Anodize?
4. Does the customer have a partner in their anodize supplier? Or is the anodizer just another supplier?
5. What is my backup? What happens if something catastrophic happens to our anodizer?
How can your products help customers solve above problems?
